What is TCR?
TCR (The Campaign Registry) is an independent authority that ensures compliance with U.S. federal regulations (like the TCPA and FCC rules) and prevents spam. It oversees Application‑to‑Person (A2P) texting via 10-digit business numbers (10DLC). Without TCR registration, SMS messages are blocked by carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, and T‑Mobile support.boulevard.io+8support.boulevard.io+8support.boulevard.io+8.

✅ Registration Requirements

Every business using A2P SMS on 10DLC numbers must:

1. Verify Company Details

   • Provide legal business name, address, Tax ID/EIN, phone number, and website as listed in your official license/documentation assets.ringcentral.com+4support.boulevard.io+4itelecenter.com+4.

2. Have a Valid, Secure Website

   • Active and live with no “Coming Soon” or under‑construction pages; all links must work and site must use HTTPS itelecenter.com+4support.boulevard.io+4support.boulevard.io+4.

   • Contains clear “About Us” or “Contact Us” info including business name, address, and phone number joinblvd.com+4support.boulevard.io+4support.boulevard.io+4.

3. Host a Privacy Policy

   • Must be on the same domain, on a dedicated URL (e.g., /privacy-policy), and linked in the website footer joinblvd.comsupport.boulevard.io+1joinblvd.com+1.

   • Must clearly state that no mobile data or personally identifiable information (PII) is shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing itelecenter.com+4support.boulevard.io+4joinblvd.com+4.

4. Include Explicit SMS Opt‑In Consent
